As a Registered Nurse in Surgical Services, you will provide essential care during surgical procedures, adhering to Fraser Health's standards. This position involves patient assessments, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring a sterile, safe environment throughout all OR activities and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement patient-specific nursing care

• Administer direct care and monitor patient conditions

• Prepare equipment and tools for surgical procedures

• Participate in nursing committees for patient care excellence

• Support staff training and orientation as a mentor

Requirements:

• Must have completed a recognized nursing program

• Registered with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• At least one year of relevant nursing experience

• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies

• Strong interpersonal and assessment abilities
