Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnosis

• Design and implement individual care plans with families

• Monitor and update care plans needing adjustments

• Instruct patients in self-care and disease prevention

• Maintain detailed documentation on patient progress

Requirements:

• Must hold a current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Successful completion or progression in specialty nursing courses

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Organizational skills for multi-tasking in patient care
