Position: Registered Nurse for Surgical Services

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Admit and assess patients for surgical procedures

• Coordinate nursing care with interprofessional team

• Participate in patient safety and quality initiatives

• Perform scrub and circulation duties accurately

• Mentor and orient new nursing staff and students
Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the BCCNM

• A minimum of one year relevant clinical experience

• Skills to handle emergency situations with efficiency

• Proficiency in using medical equipment

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
