Position: Relief Registered Nurse in OR
Join the Surgical Services team at Peace Arch Hospital as a Relief Part Time Registered Nurse. This role focuses on patient care in the Operating Room, combining excellence with compassion.
Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, B.C. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for its Surgical Services department. In this part time position, you will assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care in the Operating Room until approximately October 2027. Your expertise will contribute to patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care

• Admit patients to the OR based on physician orders

• Coordinate surgical supplies and equipment setup

• Perform scrub and circulation duties effectively

• Participate in nursing education and quality improvement
Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• One year recent clinical nursing experience

• Completion of relevant postgraduate coursework

• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
