Position: Nurse Needed for Peace Arch Operating Room Services
Become part of the dedicated team at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, B.C., as a Registered Nurse specializing in Surgical Services. This relief full-time role focuses on patient care in the Operating Room environment.

In this position, you will assess and manage patients' needs, plan and execute care, and perform critical scrubbing and circulating tasks. Your clinical judgment will contribute to improving patient safety and overall care within the Operating Room. Collaborate with a committed team to promote best practices and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement nursing interventions for patients

• Manage supply and equipment setup for surgeries

• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation practices

• Advocate for patients' rights and autonomy

• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Nursing program

• Registered with BCCNM as an RN

• At least one year of relevant nursing experience

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
