As a Relief Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to acutely ill older adults, utilizing your skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and care planning. Working alongside an interprofessional team, you will advocate for patients’ rights, ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions. Your clinical acumen will play a vital role in patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient assessments and nursing care

• Coordinate individual care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Nursing program

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum one year of relevant acute care experience
