This position is available until August 2027, where you'll perform assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient and family strengths and limitations

• Provide a supportive environment for healthcare decisions

• Contribute to individualized care plans and meetings

• Maintain safe and effective patient care equipment

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized practical nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM in British Columbia

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to organize and implement care plans

• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
