Home Support Supervisor - Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

• Assess and implement nursing care according to guidelines

• Collaborate in creating and revising care plans

• Keep accurate records and respond to care-related issues

• Provide nursing care and evaluate client health outcomes

Requirements:

• Approved education in Practical Nursing required

• At least two years of relevant supervisory experience

• Valid registration with BCCNM as an LPN

• BC Driver’s License and vehicle for work-related travel

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
