LPN Casual Position

Baptist Housing is looking for a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse for its Evergreen Community in White Rock, British Columbia. This flexible role allows you to contribute your clinical skills while caring for seniors in a supportive environment.

As a Casual LPN, you will be an essential team player, working closely with health professionals to enhance residents' well-being. Your clinical judgment, adaptability, and service orientation are key to delivering high-quality care. Must be available for evening and night shifts to provide consistent support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support complex care needs alongside Registered Nurses

• Administer medications and assess residents’ health

• Ensure dignified care aligned with Baptist Housing values

• Engage residents in wellness-promoting activities

• Document care accurately through electronic systems

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma

• BCCNM registration in good standing

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Flexibility for evening and night shifts

• Commitment to shifting availability
