Position: Person-Centered Nursing Lead RN Role

In this casual on-call position, you will be integral to the Evergreen community’s interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical assessments, developing care plans, and implementing safety protocols. As a Clinical Lead, you will supervise and guide staff, ensuring high-quality nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments and build individualized care plans

• Supervise care staff and daily clinical operations

• Monitor safety and infection control standards

• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution

• Active registration with BC College of Nurses

• CPR Level C and First Aid Level 2 certifications

• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
