Position: Registered Nurse with West Coast Seniors Housing
Expand your nursing skills at West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Registered Nurse dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care. This position emphasizes collaboration, community, and growth while overseeing resident care plans.

As a Registered Nurse, you will report directly to the Director of Care. With responsibilities that include assessing resident needs and coordinating care plans, you will also support LPNs and oversee medication administration. Your leadership helps ensure holistic quality care while upholding resident dignity and rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and residents

• Assess and implement individualized resident-centered care plans

• Administer medications according to established standards

• Supervise and support care staff in daily operations

• Conduct community audits and participate in care conferences

Requirements:

• Current RN license from BCCNM

• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred

• Valid Occupational First Aid and CPR certification

• Previous long-term care experience an asset

• Strong English proficiency in verbal and written communication
