Become the Clinical Lead Registered Nurse at Baptist Housing's Evergreen community in White Rock, delivering compassionate care to seniors in a supportive environment. This on-call position offers the opportunity to mentor and lead a skilled care team.

As a Clinical Lead RN, you will be at the forefront of ensuring high standards of nursing care while providing guidance to team members. Your critical duties will include assessing residents, planning care initiatives, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Your expertise will be essential in promoting safety and maintaining compliance with care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered, compassionate nursing care

• Lead clinical assessments and care planning initiatives

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff for quality care

• Monitor safety and infection prevention practices

• Ensure smooth resident transitions during care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an approved program

• Active registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• CPR and First Aid Level 2 certifications

• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards

• Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience
