As a vital member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and executing care plans, and ensuring safety through medication administration. Your leadership in guiding care staff will enhance teamwork and contribute to enriching the residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized nursing care based on assessments
• Implement care plans in collaboration with teams
• Administer medications and maintain safety standards
• Mentor and supervise care staff to foster development
• Document clinical information accurately using records
Requirements:
• Must hold current RN registration with BCCNM
• At least one year experience in palliative or complex care preferred
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Commitment to teamwork and person-centered care
• First Aid and CPR certification necessary
