Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor

Become an impactful Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor within our Home Support Services team in White Rock and South Delta, BC. Oversee nursing staff while enhancing client care and health outcomes.

This casual role requires a solid foundation in nursing practices combined with supervisory experience in community health settings. You will manage care plans, ensure effective staffing, and advocate for best practices in nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign work and manage staff performance evaluations

• Plan and provide nursing care tailored to client needs

• Engage in care plan development with team input

• Maintain documentation and address quality issues

• Execute nursing procedures and track client progress

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program

• Two years of supervisory clinical experience preferred

• Current registration as LPN with BCCNM

• Driver’s License and access to transportation for business

• Strong abilities in communication and organization
