Position: Licensed Practical Nurse for Inpatient Care
Become a part of the team at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, B.C. as a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse. This opportunity involves full-scope nursing care delivery in an inpatient setting.

In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, implement care plans, and ensure that nursing practices align with BCCNM standards. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group, providing tailored support to patients and their families while upholding safety and comfort standards. Your participation in quality improvement and team initiatives will enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient health needs

• Facilitate family participation in care discussions

• Perform nursing tasks in line with standardized policies

• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

• Train and orient new staff as required

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing school

• Current BCCNM registration is mandatory

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Experience in patient care documentation

• Demonstrated physical capability to fulfill job duties
