You will assess resident needs, develop personalized care plans, and administer necessary treatments while ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care based on resident-specific needs

• Collaborate with teams to plan and evaluate care

• Administer medications following safety protocols

• Advocate for residents’ health and well-being

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• One year experience in complex care preferred

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in teams

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
