Licensed Practical Nurses can provide resident care at Evergreen Heights in White Rock, using assessment and communication skills. Casual shifts are available.
Pro Vita Care Management seeks qualified LPNs for its supportive care team at 1550 Oxford Street. The work includes monitoring residents, documenting conditions, assisting with personal care, and recognizing health changes. Available shifts include mornings, afternoons, and overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical conditions
- Document residents' psychological conditions accurately
- Provide and assist with personal care
- Support emergency staff scheduling when required
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices
- Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Strong English communication skills
