Fraser Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for its ER team in White Rock, B.C. The coordinator provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support across the assigned unit. Responsibilities include daily operations, patient flow, discharge planning, staff supervision, quality improvement, and risk management.

• Prioritize admissions and facilitate daily patient flow
• Supervise nursing and support staff assignments
• Monitor care quality, patient safety, and staffing needs
• Mentor staff and promote interprofessional collaboration
• Lead care conferences, rounds, and clinical information sharing

• Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
• Three years of recent related clinical experience
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent preparation
• Postgraduate coursework or designated-area certification
• Clinical expertise, leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
