Part Time Critical Care Registered Nurse

Provide critical care nursing at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, B.C., using patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills. This part-time position supports acute care.

Fraser Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for CCU, ICU, Cardiac Stepdown, High Acuity, and CSICU settings. You will provide person-centered care in an acute medical unit, following BCCNM standards and Fraser Health values. The position requires collaboration with patients, families, and interprofessional care teams.

• Assess patients and evaluate nursing interventions
• Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and set priorities
• Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and referrals
• Teach patients and families about health care and self-care

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Applicable post graduate coursework or equivalent preparation
• Ability to organize, communicate, collaborate, and provide patient advocacy
