As a Skin Care Coach at skoah, you'll connect with guests, building enduring relationships while guiding them through tailored skin care programs. No prior skin care experience is required, as our top-tier training program prepares you to support both clients and Skin Care Trainers. We prioritize energetic individuals who are eager to learn and succeed in a supportive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through personalized skin care regimens

• Support Skin Care Trainers during appointments

• Build long-lasting relationships with new and returning guests

• Set personal goals with management for growth

• Contribute to a positive and fun team atmosphere

Requirements:

• Full-time availability for 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends

• Part-time availability for 3 shifts per week, including one weekend

• Previous retail experience and passion for skin care

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

• Team-oriented mindset for achieving collective goals
