• Order and prep all meat products according to company guidelines

• Keep the back shop and retail area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Able to thrive independently in a busy retail environment

• Above-average communication skills

• Physical capability to lift 20lbs and stand for extended periods

• Perform various physical tasks such as bending and reaching

• Assist in training junior staff, as required
