Position: Sales Associate with Customer Focus

In this role, you’ll collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales goals while providing insights from the print and customer service areas. Emphasizing teamwork, you will learn about all our products and services to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and engagement

• Utilize the Point of Sale system for transactions

• Manage print order intake and customer pickups

• Maintain supplies and stock levels for print machines

• Ensure merchandising standards in print and cash areas

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
