This temporary position involves leadership in the Overdose Prevention and Peer Support Services  will be responsible for managing operations while fostering low-barrier engagement among vulnerable populations.

Your role will involve direct service delivery and building relationships with individuals facing substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations for peer support networks

• Coordinate with Fraser Health and community services

• Recruit and engage peer support personnel

• Develop harm reduction strategies and outreach programs

• Manage operations for a weekly service hub

Requirements:

• Degree or experience in social sciences or related fields

• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Strong understanding of public health approaches

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Certification in First Aid and Non-violent Crisis Intervention required
