Position: Overdose Prevention and Peer Support Manager Role
Join SOURCES as a Temporary Manager overseeing Overdose Prevention and Peer Support Services in White Rock. This pivotal role involves strong harm reduction leadership capabilities.

Your primary focus will be managing the overdose prevention and peer support initiatives within the community. Leveraging your comprehensive social service knowledge and experience, you will foster effective engagement with vulnerable populations. This role requires a hands-on approach in staff management, community coordination, and operational alignment with health service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide daily operations and outreach efforts

• Implement harm reduction strategies in the community

• Collaborate with Fraser Health for integrated services

• Mentor Peer Support team on effective engagement

• Manage essential supplies distribution to vulnerable populations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant field

• Demonstrable management and communication skills

• Experience with health and social support systems

• Certifications in CPR and Overdose Prevention needed

• Must pass a Criminal Records check and have a valid driver’s license
