Scholarship Manager - Enrollment and Retention

* Work closely with University Relations colleagues to ensure alignment of funds with campaign and university priorities.
* Partner with ITS and Financial Aid to delegate technical data entry and system administration tasks.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and student experience.
* Contribute to Enrollment & Retention strategies by sharing data and insights on scholarship impact.
* Bachelor’s degree required; experience in higher education, nonprofit, business, or related field preferred.
* Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple units, balancing donor, student, and institutional priorities.
* Commitment to donor stewardship, student success, and financial literacy education.
* Ability to interact respectfully with people from diverse socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
* Willingness and ability to be an active participant in following applicable safety rules and regulations, including necessary training and drills.
