You will implement the Generac Manufacturing System, drive safety, quality and cost metrics, and empower a skilled team to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
The role requires lean leadership experience, ability to design standardized work, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize flow and lead improvements across the value
