Security Operations Assistant – Full Time – Whitewater, WI

Whitewater, WI
Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $30.00/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
- Secure entrances and exits.
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Set up barriers, signage and provide direction or information to others.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
- Standard computer/technology skills needed.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
- Must be willing to participate in pre‑employment screening (drug screen and background investigation).
