We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Content Editorial Manager for the Auth0 Blog, a critical resource for developers learning about identity, access management, and cybersecurity. You will lead the entire editorial strategy, content planning, and execution of high‑quality written content, overseeing its creation and strategic distribution across Auth0’s owned (first‑party) and relevant third‑party channels.
This role is key to defining and elevating the blog’s voice, ensuring its quality, and driving its growth and influence for developers, including those interacting via AI agents.
The Content Editorial Manager will be responsible for the overall editorial strategy, content planning, and execution of written content for the Auth0 Blog. This includes strategically driving the creation and distribution of content across Auth0’s owned (first‑party) channels and relevant third‑party platforms. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, editorial expertise, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering developers, a knack for crafting compelling content, a passion for taking advantage of technology (AI) to accelerate the production of content and maximize its consumption, and a deep understanding of the developer audience.
You will be responsible for shaping the voice of the Auth0 Blog, ensuring its content is of the highest quality, and driving its growth in terms of readership and influence.
- Lead Editorial Strategy & Content Operations:
Define the Auth0 Blog’s editorial vision, align it with business goals, and manage the content calendar for a timely, high‑quality flow of written materials. Strategize distribution across owned and third‑party channels. - Drive Expert Content Creation:
Oversee the responsive production of diverse written formats (blog posts, tutorials, guides). Build and nurture a strong contributor network by partnering closely with internal partners (Product, Marketing, Developer Advocacy) and external thought leaders to consistently source and develop compelling content. Leverage AI for efficiency. - Maximize Reach & Discoverability:
Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and style adherence. Optimize for SEO, social media, and AI agents, adapting swiftly to maximize developer reach and discoverability. - Leverage AI for Innovation:
Proactively implement AI‑powered tools for content analysis, topic generation, and assistance, boosting editorial efficiency and relevance. Adapt strategies to evolving AI interactions with technical content. - Experiment with Content Trends:
Keep an active pulse on evolving content formats and process trends. Experiment with promising tools and approaches to make our editorial process smarter, content production faster, and results more impactful. - Analyze Performance & Build Community:
Review blog data to improve strategy. Stay current with rapidly changing trends in identity, access management, and cybersecurity. Foster an engaged community around the blog.
- Proven Content Leadership:
Extensive experience managing and growing a technical written content platform (e.g., blog) in the developer or cybersecurity space. - Deep Understanding of Developer Personas:
