Certified Home Health Aide; CHHA

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team. As a CHHA, you will provide essential support and care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will focus on assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting their well-being, and ensuring they receive the personalized attention they need.

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and help clients participate in physical activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status
• Prepare meals and assist clients with dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

• Must possess a valid CHHA certification
• Prior experience in home care or a healthcare environment is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong desire to help others
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends
