Activity Aide (Full Time)
Arista Care Health Services – Neptune City, NJ
Compensation: $40,000.00–$60,000.00
Responsibilities- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs according to resident assessment and care plans.
- Help design programs that encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment, and improve daily living skills.
- Report to the Activity Recreation Director and support projects of limited complexity.
- Interview residents or family members to collect activity information.
- Involve residents/families in planning activity programs, objectives, and goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- On-the-job training provided.
