Unit Nurse Manager (RN)

Arista Care is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to the center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function.
• Conduct the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act for Registered Nurse licensure.
• Coordinate resource utilization, ensure timely and appropriate care interventions, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication to improve patient and family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have, as a minimum, one year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
