Arista Care Health Services in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The role involves conducting the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act and RN licensure. The Unit Manager coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction and ensure adherence to the center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

The Unit Nurse Manager oversees the care management of the unit, including:

• Conducting the nursing process and ensuring quality care delivery.
• Coordinating resources and care interventions.
• Facilitating interdisciplinary communication.
• Implementing strategies to improve patient and family satisfaction.

• Must possess a valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility, rehabilitation, hospital, or other related health care facility (long‑term care experience preferred).
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
