Arista Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsible for day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty. Supervision must comply with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest degree of quality care at all times. As a Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Shift: Every weekend or every other weekend 11pm-7am or 7pm-7am.
Requirements:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must have an active RN License.
- Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
