RN Supervisor; Per-diem

Overview

Arista Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

As a Nurse Supervisor
, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Per-diem (3-11p)

• Provide day-to-day nursing supervision of the facility during the tour of duty, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality care and adherence to policies as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Delegate administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties as appropriate.

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• RN is preferred.
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
