Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Per Diem)

Arista Care Health Services is seeking an LPN for per diem shifts (Monday‑Thursday, 6 AM – 4 PM). The LPN directs and monitors the day‑to‑day function of room assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the MPMDC program.

Key responsibilities include:

• The LPN directs and monitors the day‑to‑day function of the room assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the MPMDC program.
• Insure that written policies and procedures are followed by all staff, licensed/non‑licensed personnel assigned in your activity room.
• Cooperate with other team members when coordinating nursing services to ensure the participant’s total regimen of care is maintained.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.
• Participate in surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
• Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community.
• Complete all educational courses assigned in Healthcare Academy.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the State of New Jersey.
• At least one year of Pediatrics experience.
• Early childhood development experience preferred.
