• Base pay: $33.00 /hr – $34.00 /hr

• Providing one‑to‑one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from the clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical certification from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
• Valid driver’s license
• G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
