RN Supervisor ; and Per Diem

RN Supervisor 11-7 (Full-time and Per Diem)

Arista Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsible for the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the facility during your 11‑7am tour of duty. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

The Nurse Supervisor is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out these duties.

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program
• RN preferred
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other related health care facility
• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
