Plus $4,500 Sign‑on Bonus
Arista Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing individualized care plans. The role requires overall teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The RN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs, and taking appropriate action to provide high‑quality care to all residents.
Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time, or Per Diem available
Requirements:
- Valid NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current CPR certification
- Sub‑acute or long‑term care experience, preferred
- Availability to work rotating weekends is a must
