MSX International is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to support the Jaguar Land Rover One App launch within the Customer Relationship Centre in Coventry. This full-time, 12‑month fixed-term contract requires on-site work at the Jaguar Land Rover site.
You will handle customer inquiries, guide clients through solutions, and record issues in a ticketing system while collaborating with JLR teams to ensure proper processes and customer loyalty.
