Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and forward‑thinking Nursing Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. This is a chance to shape a warm, person‑centred environment where residents feel valued, families feel supported, and staff feel empowered.

What You'll Do as Nursing Home Manager
  • Provide strong, visible leadership across the home
  • Ensure the highest standards of clinical, personal, and emotional care
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion a culture of dignity, respect, and safety
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing multidisciplinary team
What We're Looking For in our Nursing Home Manager
  • Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ability to inspire teams and foster a supportive working culture
  • Registered Manager qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Nursing qualification (NMC‑registered) is desirable but not essential, depending on the home's requirements
