The Assistant Branch Manager assists in supervising and coordinating all branch operations, in conformance with established bank policies and procedures.

• Management of branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Daily balancing/settlement of cash drawer.
• Assist in the settlement of ATM, coin machine and night depository.
• Assist in the bank’s daily opening/closing/settlement of branch.
• Conduct monthly audits as stated in S.O.P.s of North Easton Savings Bank.
• Assist in the opening and cross selling of products/services offered by the Bank.
• Initiate and refer internal/external sales.
• Originate consumer and mortgage applications.
• Assist in the completion and monitoring of the weekly employee schedule.
• Assist in the performance and disciplinary reviews of branch personnel.
• Review and maintain pertinent reports specific to branch needs.
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
• Participate in Saturday rotations.
• Other duties assigned or required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum of two years branch or banking experience.
• NMLS certified.
• Strong communications, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Notary.

This position is an office-based position in terms of physical demand. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time. Employees must be able to see and hear in an office setting that does include much noise going on around one’s workspace.

While this job is mainly clerical, there are instances in which employees must be able to transport up to 20 pounds.
