Home Works Energy is seeking a Ductless Mini Split Technician I to install DMS systems in customer homes, ensuring quality, safety, and conformance to project specs. The role is full-time, hourly, with overtime eligibility and incentives in Massachusetts.
The technician will measure sites, install outdoor condensers and indoor air-handling units, connect refrigerant lines and wiring, and perform initial testing.
