Whitman-Hanson Regional High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to lead our boys varsity lacrosse program. We are committed to developing student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

• Plan, organize, and conduct practices and games for the varsity boys lacrosse team
• Develop game strategies and prepare players for competitive play
• Mentor student-athletes in skill development, teamwork, and character building
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and athletic administration
• Ensure compliance with MIAA and league rules and regulations
• Maintain equipment and coordinate team logistics
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes academic achievement alongside athletic excellence

• Previous lacrosse coaching experience preferred (high school, college, or club level)
• Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules, strategies, and fundamentals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check and completion of required coaching education courses
• Teaching certification preferred but not required
