Life Sciences Consultant Program- Packaging Engineer

Network Partners Group is seeking motivated early-career professionals with a background in Packaging Engineering for our Leadership Program in medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology consulting. This hands-on rotational program accelerates your career by providing real-world experience in packaging in addition to also exposing you to technical operations, compliance, and digital transformation - including remediation work, packaging and labeling changes, and major system rollouts.

• Expertise in global medical and pharma product standards
• Experience with audits, design controls, and technical documentation
• Exposure to packaging lines across CDMO's, labeling, regulatory, and quality solutions
• Direct Hands-on experience through lab work, plant tours, and client collaboration
• Mentorship from industry leaders and networking opportunities

• Experience can range from December 2026 Graduates to Entry-level Professionals with 2-3 years of Experience
• Internship experience in Packaging supporting a Life Sciences company or other regulated industry
• Quality, Validation, Automation, and/or Robotics experience preferred
