Academics are seeking a warm and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Whitstable. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher passionate about developing lower KS2 pupils as they grow in confidence and independence.

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Support pupils as they transition into more formal learning
• Develop strong literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
• Create an inclusive, upbeat, and supportive classroom culture
• Work closely with teaching assistants and fellow staff
• Build positive communication with parents and carers

• QTS / ECTs welcome
• Confident KS2 curriculum knowledge
• Strong behaviour management and organisation
• A nurturing, enthusiastic teaching style
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
