Global Commissioning is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our expanding Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple international entities while supporting a dynamic, private-equity-backed organisation operating across the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.

• Supporting customer invoicing and expense processing
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Supporting month‑end reporting, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Maintaining accurate financial records within Net Suite
• Assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities
• Supporting finance process improvements and system enhancements
• Working closely with Country Finance Managers and the Financial Controller

• AAT qualified or studying ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Previous finance, accounts or administrative experience
  
  Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Experience with Net Suite or ERP systems is advantageous
