Location: Whitstable, Kent (Office Based)
Are you looking to develop your finance career within a fast-growing, international business?
Global Commissioning is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our expanding Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple international entities while supporting a dynamic, private-equity-backed organisation operating across the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.
What you'll be doing:- Supporting customer invoicing and expense processing
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
- Maintaining accurate financial records within Net Suite
- Assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities
- Supporting finance process improvements and system enhancements
- Working closely with Country Finance Managers and the Financial Controller
- AAT qualified or studying ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Previous finance, accounts or administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Experience with Net Suite or ERP systems is advantageous
- International business operating across Europe
