Marketing Executive

We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to be based in our Head Office –
Whitstable
.

We’re looking for a creative, digitally minded Marketing Executive who wants to see their work make a real difference.

You’ll help attract outstanding care professionals, connect families with life-changing care services and promote specialist training. From social media and email campaigns to SEO, website improvements and analytics, you’ll play a key role in growing our clients’ services and strengthening their brand. You’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas, test different approaches and use data to continually improve campaign performance.

• Digital marketing – Create, manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Email and SMS marketing – Build, schedule and send email and SMS/Whats App campaigns.
• Website and SEO – Help improve our website performance through SEO, content optimisation and user experience enhancements.
• Reporting and insights – Analyse campaign, website and audience data to identify trends, opportunities and recommendations.
• Events and brand support – Assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of internal and external events.

• Previous experience in a marketing role (min of 18 months), with digital experience.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, both paid and organic.
• Experience of Google Analytics
• Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Ideally experience of Salesforce or other CRMs

You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).

• Salary of £30,000
• 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm with flexibility needed, office based – Whitstable
