About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join our clients successful team in Whitstable.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping buyers find their perfect home. You will combine your property knowledge with strong sales skills to guide customers through the home-buying journey while collaborating closely with developers and internal teams. Working Pattern: 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and build strong, lasting relationships
Guide buyers through the new homes purchasing process
Help customers find the right property to suit their needs
Present and promote relevant products and services
Identify opportunities and refer clients to appropriate colleagues where required
Maintain regular communication with developers and other key stakeholders
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey
Work towards and achieve sales targets and performance objectives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in new homes sales and residential estate agency (essential)
Excellent communication and people skills
A genuine passion for property and customer service
Strong organisational skills and a professional approach
The ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
An initiative-taking, target-driven mindset
A strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results
