We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful and well-established property business in the Whitstable area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll play a key role in guiding buyers through their home-buying journey, building lasting relationships, and achieving strong sales results within a supportive and growing business.

• Welcome prospective purchasers and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Guide buyers through the new homes purchasing process from enquiry to completion
• Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Present relevant products and services to enhance the customer journey
• Generate sales opportunities and make referrals to internal teams where appropriate
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
• Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently

• Previous experience in new homes sales and residential estate agency (essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident liaising with customers, developers, and colleagues

• Competitive basic salary (depending on experience)
